Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery and bank transfer are available nationwide. Additional online payment methods are shown at checkout when available.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can amend orders that have not yet been dispatched.
Sizing
How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in inches, and our full Size Guide explains how to measure. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger size for a relaxed fit.
Are your colours accurate?
We photograph every piece in natural light. Slight variations can occur due to screen settings and hand-dyeing.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days within Pakistan; express delivery takes 1–2 working days in major cities. International orders take 7–12 working days.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email address, or sign in to view your order history.
Exchanges
What is your exchange policy?
Unworn items with tags attached can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
