Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Exchange window

Ready-to-wear, luxury pret and formal pieces can be exchanged for a different size or style within 14 days of delivery. Unstitched fabric can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery provided it has not been cut.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
• Returned in the original packaging with the invoice or order number.
• Free from perfume, makeup or stains.

The following cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Items purchased on final sale or with a "Final Sale" label.
• Customised, altered or made-to-measure pieces.
• Jewellery, accessories and gift cards.

Refunds

Exchanges are our preferred resolution. Where an exchange is not possible, we issue store credit valid for six months. Cash refunds are offered only for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free collection and replacement.

How to start an exchange

1. Email care@auraq.pk or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the items you'd like to exchange.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address.
3. Pack the items securely with the invoice and send them back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty.
4. Once received and inspected, your exchange or store credit is processed within 5–7 working days.

International orders

International orders can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping and any duties are paid by the customer.
