Delivery times, charges and tracking for orders within Pakistan and worldwide.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 3pm, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed the next working day. During sale periods and festive launches, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery within Pakistan

Delivery times for remote areas may be longer. Cash on delivery is available nationwide.
International shipping
We ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia. International orders are delivered within 7–12 working days via tracked courier. Shipping is complimentary on orders above Rs. 60,000.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country's customs authority.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status from your account or on our Track Order page.
Failed delivery
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Address changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We can only update addresses before your order has been dispatched.
